Help/Support iPod 4 iOS 6.1.6 white screen

So, this happened a while back, and believe it or not, it turns out I do have an apple device.

Anyway, it used to be my brothers, and of course now the screen in all jacked up because he used to take it off and put it back on.

Well, I got it a couple weeks ago, and after about 3 days, the screen turned white.

Not full, you can't see anything else, white, but white with colors, etc.

It really sucks, cuz I know I probably couldn't support many apps, as most apps these days require ios 7+, but there are a few like COC or Head Soccer that don't.

Also, just so you know, there are plenty of people online who say the way to fix it is powering it on and off again, that's only for PITCH white screens (completely white).

Yeah, looks like a hardware issue from the screenshot..

You can mirror your iPad to PC though.
