I can't find a tutorial on youtube, only one but it has no sound so it's boring and it's such a bad quality so I can't see what he does

And strings aren't that hard, don't worry. Trust me

I think you need to search for specific things like 'strings IDA' or 'how to use strings in IDA' or something along the lines of that.

Haha, I noticed

You said anytime, ask if you need help

in ida click view/open subviews/strings and go on the strings page and press ctrl +f then you can search for things like ammo, health. when you have found what you need double click it and it will take you there in ida view. hope this helps
