Help/Support Shorte.st - Stuck on 0 seconds

Whwnever I try to download shmoo's BloonsTD Battles hack it takes me to that wait 5 second page. I have no problem with it until today. After I waited 5 seconds it get stuck on the 0 second and then it tells me to reload the page. I tried this multiple times now but no luck.

I just found out it didn't work because I forgot to disable one of my adblocker
