there is always a way to hack games I read something that is being developed that let's users download tweaks without being jailbroken, i think its called Extensify or something similiar, anyways what kind of games were you thinking of hacking? you could always use iFunBox, or Charles Proxy to intercept games and change the data live

Maybe Cygwin in PC?

You can get the cracked binary from appcake website version if you need

You can thin it and class dump it and remove the ASLR and more with iOSGods binary tools online
