Ok here you are a Best way to restore your Ipad .. Follow this steps :

 

1 : Be sure you have the latest iTunes on your PC/Mac

2 : Put your Ipad in DFU Mode by Holding Power + Home Button together for 10~15 Seconds until your iPad Turn Off and Apple logo shown again then release Power Button and keep holding Home

3 : from your PC/Mac , iTunes will connect to your iPad so go to "Summary" tab

4 : Choose " Restore " .. if a message appears to Backup choose Don't " Prefered "

5 : Now go on " Restore " .. Keep your iPad connected to iTunes until restore process complete and Activation done.

Now your iPad is Restored.

Hey, hey! I already know that, but whenever you do that ( I've done this that why I know ) it forces you to update to the latest iOS. I don't want to do this, since I want to keep my jailbreak

Tried to Un-Jailbreak your iPad ? there is a Cydia tool called Cydia Impactor !

Nevermind, I solved it by deleting a couple of themes, unused apps and reinstalling Appsync Unified in cydia.
