General I'm writing a book!

My ideas for the book so far: Realistic world, in the current timeline. I might add things from irl news, like Trump, terrorism, etc. Main character will be a socially manipulating outlaw who can go to any lengths to get his wish. He will have a counterpart in the story, a random citizen following the law. I'll write down their actions every second chapter, or so. They'll eventually meet.
