Help/Support Failed to install Perl! For Theos

So I'm trying to install perl for Theos, but all I'm getting this when trying to install on Cydia.

The same, I can install other tweaks and debs, but it shows me the error when I install perl? I had it installed before when I had iOS 8.1. But now it won't.

Thank you, but it still dosen't want to install..

You may need to delete some tweaks. I believe the red bar is your system partition that Cydia and other tweaks use. Delete some tweaks that you don't use or are useless and see if that helps.
