Help/Support How can I fix "this device isn't eligible for the request build" on my iTunes?

Hi everyone.

I have an iPhone 4S with iOS 9.2, when I try to downgrade to 9.0.2 (iPhone4,1_9.0.2_13A452_Restore) I receive this error on my iTunes "this device isn't eligible for the request build", I check my hosts file in both of my computer (Yosemite and Windows 7), and I check also my iTunes updates (both of my iTunes are updated to the last software), but nothing to do, same error.

Cant downgrade to a lower version ( they unsigned the old ios )
