Notes:
The Units gets the crit damage randomly and every unit can get them now, not just the leader.

"Lapis is key Swlft runes and Stack up on SPD so your monsters get to be the one to strike 1st, on dungeons/TOA/Arena/whatever at least 2 must stack up on SPD so 2 of your monsters get to hit 1st, I dont know why but sometimes lapis' 1st skill even though it crits leaves some monsters behind untouched, its supposed to hit all, so you need second attacker to clean up. On faimon hell, I don't know how much speed you need to strike 1st, i got my lapis to 130 SPD still doesn't go 1st. So, I'm farming hard areas for the mean time till i get better SPD runes.

About the random crits, 1st my lapis was utter shit, she never crits, only her seconds skill crits which was annoying because it has a long cooldown and you'll die on the next round. You want her 1st skill to crit (it hits all and has no cooldown) and what I did was do some rune management, powered up a few runes, swaped a few around, now she crits every single time, as long as I get the 1st attack of the round its all good. So, my advice is trial and error, power up 1 rune of her then try it out on any area, if it crits on the 1st hit, then stick with it and don't touch the runes again. I f**ked around with mine to get more speed and I started not critting again, had to do another trial and error, blew lots of energy." - @schizophrenicpanic
