General REQUEST: Automatic Forum Posts

Currently doing something similar to the count to ______ thing against mods and admins on this website.

 

I need a script that works in a web browser that is mac compatible, that can do this:

-Automatically Post every hour

-Increase the number by 1 after every post

 

Example:

Hour 1 it posts the number 1

Hour 2 it posts the number 2

25 Hours later it posts the number 25

 

I'm not good enough with javascript and the such to do this.
