How i use this on android device. I've become a VIP member for use it, but still doesn't work...

I lost my money... 

Is thereIs there another way to start a game from scratch? I've already tried clearing the cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling, but when I start the game and log into my account, it continues from where I left off.

If you login to your account then it will restore the data.

You likely need to create a new account in this case.
