Hi! I ordered App+ 4 days ago and it has not been delivered. I checked my receipt again and it’s the 24.99 USD purchase for App+ so I’m not confusing it with VIP. I checked my membership status and it says I have not done any purchases?

I cannot find any memberships using this UDID either.

Can you tell me the transaction ID from PayPal?

I see the issue now. Seems like your purchase went through, but the UDID was not submitted so it's classed as orphaned.

Since you shared your UDID with me, I've initiated registration now and you should receive an email when ready!
