Yes, please try on you Wi-Fi and then without a Custom Identifier to see what could be causing the issue.

I tried it with Wi-Fi as a duplicate app and with Wi-Fi and a Custom Identifier, neither worked, so then I tried taking out the exclamation point from the Custom Identifier (since I usually use nothing, or a period) and that worked on Wi-Fi and Mobile Data (each try had the same App Icon I originally selected, by the way)!!!

Request to Reset Device Limit - Account Issue
Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue with my account. Recently, I have been unable to play any of the games I purchased and downloaded from your store. Whenever I try to launch a game, I receive an error message stating: "Device limit reached."
As an example, this happens with the following game:
  • Game Name: Foundation: Galactic Frontier
  • Version: v1.41.77

Same thing here. Device limit reached on Retro bowl and Block blast. (Lowkey its on all the apps I download but idk if its just for one app) Any help resetting? Please and thank you!

I hope this reaches but i’ve been facing device limits on most of the apps I sideload.

 

RETRO BOWL: 1.6.45

BLOCK BLAST: 7.2.1

If anyone can help with this it’ll be greatly appreciated!
