Help/Support Need help with background music

Hello. I am making this topic because I want to play my music in the background but every app has a noise for example if I go here the shoutbox gonna stop my music. If I go to Twitter then a video will start playing and stop my music again. For YouTube then yeah it is understandable. I am basically looking for a tweak that can do this or some other way. (BESIDE MUTTING)

Usually for me while I'm in an app and I'm trying to listen to both I just bring up my cc and press play then swipe back to my game and I hear both the game and my music hope this helps
