Help/Support Downloading files from safari help

I have downloaded with app cake which doesn't work for me and the game I'm trying to hack so please don't answer with app cake solution.

 

I'm new to this stuff and I'm even new to Cydia but I had it long enough to know what's what and stuff like that.

I need someone to tell me how to download .deb files and everything to them I have safari downloaded+ downloaded but have no Idea how to use so if you can please tell me how to download them.

 

What I'm doing-I thank the topic to unlock the .deb and I click link it takes me to the download I click download and it pops on safari downloaded+ and downloads but after it downloads it don't work so is if there's more to it or what so please help me.

 

This really don't matter I don't think but I'm trying to download Gamgstar Vegas hack 2.1.0 by shmoo I'm on iOS 9 and on Ipad..

No, because idk what to do but I have Ifile just didn't open in.

anyway install the .deb file using safari downloader then open it in iFile then you'll find it in /var/mobile/Downloads or /var/mobile/Documents then press the .deb then press installer

Different people have different ways of giving you the download link, this includes ads and those things where you need to put in what text it says in the picture, but anyway you will end up with a download link

 

if you tap on it it'll download and you need to open it in iFile/Filza then hit install and end up with result code zero
