Help/Support VIP cheat not working

Hi I’m playing Nom Nom town and the unlimited or add coins isn’t working.. can you help me? I am locked in and I am subscribed as a vip

Wait lol, I thought this was like a private support message. But basically whenever I want to turn on a cheat, it saw to upgrade to vip, and when I click on the upgrade to vip, which I payed for, it shows im subscribed.. so I'm kinda confused about that..

had the same issue for about a month. I’ve done the private messages. All I’m told is it’s something with my phone that they can’t replicate on their end. I was told try VPN but that doesn’t work. I turn VPN on & im told check my wireless connection.
