I think igg is same with gamegem. Which i am using. But i need to convert a value to binary64 then to hex. Thats why i need a alternate site that function the same as that one.

Im using this instruction. http://iosgods.com/topic/8988-hack-heroes-charge-stats-20/ . But the heroes charge updated using 3 value like 2.72.
