Help/Support Laptop turns ON then OFF after few seconds

You should take it to a service shop as I don't know what could be wrong. Probably a hardware issue.

when i boot my laptop i hear the fan sound so i think the fan is working correctly so i guess there are no dust inside. So how do i fix it now? do you want a video when i turn on my laptop?

it's not like my fan isn't working. My internal fan works normally too, but it's funny.

When that 'additional' fan isn't on, my laptop will turn off after booting for sure. But when it's on, my laptop operate normally. Yeah i would agree with you that there is no problem with fan, but that's what my DIY fix for this case

What is the most cheap laptop but good? I want to buy used laptops but people may install some kind of software that will able to know when i pit in my credit card

Go to a shop where they sell laptops and buy one from there and also look at their prices.

If you want to fix the issue of it shutting down like mentioned in the first post, a service shop might be able to determine the problem.
