I don’t know how to add a screenshot here but it basically says udid field is required at the top of the screen when i use the enterprise option on a game from decrypted app store. The problem is I don’t see any field for the udid. Looked everywhere to see if anyone else had the same issue but couldn’t find anything.

Will review this but it is currently low priority as the Enterprise Certificate is revoked, so even if it worked, it would fail to install.
