I extended the VIP yesterday, but it didn't last.

That’s my thing. I just want to use the product. But again it feels like fixing the issue isn’t a priority to them.

Depends on if they want a single payment out of customers vs continuous payments. I am trying to upgrade mine too to fix the game and no response.

I got responses. They asked for videos & pictures. They said “it was on my end” & they’re still investigating it. The investigating it was as far as they told me. So I have no intention of extending my services. I’m not continuing to pay for something I can’t use.

I tried everything I could, resetting the cellular network. As a result, I reset the iPhone to factory settings. I only installed vpn and iosgods, it worked temporarily

On the main phone, with iOS 26.3 added, it was the same, all methods were tried, nothing helped. It was decided to reset all settings. It helped, everything is working now, I hope it will continue to work.
