I noticed it seems to work when I disconnect the Wi-Fi and use 4G. Hope that helps narrow down the problem

I have a problem with vip access again, yesterday the vip functions stopped working, only the free functions work. Vip is active, the listed methods that helped above no longer work.

The app store now only starts with vpn, I can't download apps without vpn. Please help me

It seems to me that these are problems on your side, it also stopped working on the second phone, I did not change the settings on it. @Rook

It's a network issue and we're trying to reproduce.

Good afternoon. So nothing worked. The VIP is ending soon, and I was thinking about extending my subscription, but if it stopped working, now I'm asking myself, is it worth it? When should we expect a solution?

Update:When I enable Proton VPN, the authentication issue seems to be temporarily resolved. However, it would still be great if it worked normally without it, since the battery consumption is noticeably higher when using the VPN app 🙂
 

Your lucky. I’ve done everything. I’m told they’re still investigating it. I’ve tried different network(no luck). I’ve tried VPN(no luck). I was told it’s something on my end but not what exactly.
