General Health Project ~ #ReadMe

I have a Health project and we had to make a Google Survey about drugs. I have 20 people, who already filled out the form. 

To receive a higher grade, I need to have a LOT. The questions are simple and should take you less than a minute.

If you have any suggestions on the questions I should add, feel free to post it here on the topic.
