Help/Support Apps Not Starting From Notification Center!

So on my iPhone 5s Running iOS 8.4, when I get a notification for ANY app, and I try to open the app through the notification, the app opens, and freezes on the loading screen, then crashes and I go back to my homescreen. I don't have any modifications to my Notification Center, and this happens for every single app so I don't think it has anything to do with the apps. Please help.

 

Note: Apps will start regularly if I manually open them from the homescreen.

maybe Works for kik though, which is weird. doesn't work for snapchat or clash of clans and pretty much any other app

Try in safe mode?

Also you can install crashreporter to see if it will say anything
