Help/Support War Dragons atlas feature not showing up

Hello everyone, recently I’ve been playing War Dragons. I’d like to express my gratitude for this hack. It’s very nice. I am requesting assistance in something that has been giving me issues. When level 25 is reached, if your clan provides it (mine does), you are then able to participate in Atlas which gives significant more options and things to do in the game. 
 

I’ve tried all solutions to fixing this. I’ve came to the conclusion it is indeed the tweaked version because I deleted that version and installed it on App Store, logged in, and the feature is available then.
