General How to create your own Ipa mods? [Request]

Hello folks.

I would like to mod an app myself.
Unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea how to do what.

What do I need to get started? Or what do I need?
I have an iPad, iPhone 13 and 7, a mac mini and a Windows PC. 
I realise that you also need a certain amount of knowledge and I would like to acquire this step by step.

I would like to get to grips with it slowly.

I have now set up pretty much all the dependencies. I want to go through the video example. But now I come across the following error. 
Since I only have an Iphone 7 with ios 15.8.3 jailbroken. However, the app I want to use for testing is unfortunately only for IOS 17+. I have now tried to use “3DAppVersionSpoofer” to signal to the app that I have ios 17. However, it doesn't work the way I want. Unfortunately, I only have the Iphone 13 mini as an additional device, but that has 18.4.1 and an Ipad air m2 with 18.4.1.

Does anyone have a solution that I don't know yet?

u can test it on your main iohone too , Just set  everything up , resign and test it. maybe that helps ( Idk tho ) since i dont know anything about Modding but maybe that helps.
