Help/Support Unbanning gameloft games

Hello I'm here with iPhone 5s and ios 7. I have tried the gameloft unban tool ""http://iosgods.com/topic/5595-tutorial-how-to-get-unbanned-from-gameloft-games-on-your-idevice/" and Filza said "Affected rows: 0", Can someone please help me getting unbanned in Age of Sparta?

Your GC is banned from that game, so urban yourself and make a new GC.

Yes, it works but the hack for age of sparta doesn't
