Is it possible to unlock the full version on devices without jailbreaking? I found some methods in the game by type: HasFullGamePurchased, HasBonusPurchased, HasRebootFlowYet, HasSkinsPurchased, but changing them did not help. Is the method based on fields?

I don’t think a jailed version is possible. The only way you can install it is either using iosgods app (if signed) or ESign with a certificate.
