Downgrade Cydia Substrate and reinstall the tweaks.

uhm i really should upgrade my JB  is broken i accidentally reset all setting before so i only use activator to use cydia tweaks because theres no cydia icon and other tweaks showing up on the spring board.

you mean semi restore? but like i said my jailbreak is broken already i really need to this so i can hack more apps to release.

when i start downloading apps it doesnt completely download, the apps will be like these instead and i cant open it.

An easy fix for this was to simply reinstall UIKit Tools from Cydia. :s
