Try "EasySpring 2" from Cydia.

i installed mobile terminal and typed "uicache" uhm theres no "success" or etc?

and easyspring2 is for ios8+ only?

It's not booting up properly so try doing this:

 

Hold power and home button until the apple screen. As soon as it gets to the apple screen, ONLY hold the Volume Up button and the home button, let go of the power button.

i tried it with only holding the volume button it worked but no JB
