Help/Support iosv64 patcher downgrade and bugs

Hi im on the latest version of iosv64 patcher and i cant update the supported games it says failed to get root before i restore i was on ios 9.0.2 and it was working fine and now after i restored im still on ios 9.0.2. so how do i downgrade this cydia tweak? because some tweaks when i tap on modify i see downgrade but not this tweak. i also see no icon on the patcher i just see white and black lines.
