LDOE Rations

After coming back to LDOE after years, I didn’t realize that going into new locations right off the bat would bite me in the back. I explored the police station early and due to the new progression system it requires me to kill zombies that are dead and examine lockers that are opened. So I was wondering, is it possible to change the rations value through Igamegod?

Having the ability to refresh areas with the rations would be really helpful.

Update - Just wasted all my rations to determine the value and I did BUT after messing with it and sorta doing what “Hymm” did for his expedition glitch It never worked and when I dipped into the negatives after confirming anything with rations my game would crash, even now just for searching the value = 0 in i4, my game crashes. 
Not sure what else I could do.

Follow up - I’ve been wondering, if the game is deleted and left deleted for about an hour or so would the POI’s force refresh? Before I try myself has anyone done this? If so please reply and let me know
