IOS 8 stuck on load screen

it seems that when my phone updated to IOS 8 I’m just stuck on a load screen  is there any news on when this will be fixed

It stuck because it cannot use GameCenter, which apple limited for free certificate / free apple account. You may need to have Apple Developer Account in order to use GameCenter
