Help/Support Safari and Mail crashed immidiately

Hello, I have an IPad mini 2 with iOS 7.1, yesterday, I tried to use safari and mail, but they were crashed, and I tried to use the mothod I found from Google, but none of them are working, but before yesterday, they worked fine. Do you guys know any solution? It is annoying me a lot.....

It could be that either the firmware is too old so it is glitchy or it is the device

Don't take my word for it though.

Do you know any solution? I don't want to reset it or update, otherwise all of my hacks will be gone.... lol

Did you update recently a tweak or installed 1 ? From cydia no hacks

maybe the firmware is too old yeah , so i think the only solution is restore and re-jailbreak before apple stop signing the 9.0.2
