Requesting a paid hack for individual purposes it's not against rules. It's up to Cheater if he wants to fulfill the request or not. Now, if any Cheater is caught selling hacks inside iG, that is against the rules.

Requesting a VIP hack it's against the rules but i guess nobody is willing to pay for one exclusive VIP hack. Makes more sense to buy a VIP Package in order to gain access to the specific hack.
