Open Cydia and add this repo

Hidden Content

After you add this repo go to the search tab and search for "IAPCrazy"

Open IAPCrazy and go to the IAP plugin tab and scroll to the bottom. You should see a tab that says "Core Plugin".

Once you see this make sure you see a green check mark to make sure it's on.
