Help/Support Can't restore previous save via kefir games

I can't open the game and load the previous save. When it does start to load the character the game doesn't load and ends up disconnecting me . 
every time I enter it's a new started game and I can't load my previous one . Help p

U might gotta make a customer support ticket at kefir they can save ur game save data(or tell you what’s wrong in general)

Nope, it's not that. I can't pass the tutorial, the game doesn't load actually. 
I tried to open my save with kefir and it gets stuck on loading screen. Even if I start new game too
