Help/Support App Disappeared from Home Screen after changing folder name

OK, so this afternoon I was messing around with the WOT Blitz App in iFile, and apparently did something I wasn't supposed to. That was change the file name from random letters, numbers, etc. into Wot blitz. Little did I know that this what Apple or what ev. used to "find" the app. I then realized that the app had disapeared from my home screen. Freaking out pls help! (PS, all I need to know is the name of the original file.)

And btw I have jailbroken device

Prefetences > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage > WOT Blitz > Uninstall

OK, but how do I get that back? App Store?

And my app store also crashes every time I open it.
