Find this sub string (search from string window) set_damagevalue, locate the sub function (ctrl x a few time, look closely on the header),

 

Change the offset to MOVS R0, R7 [in Hex: 38 1C], and you will get a million damage.

I'm still finding the correct offset for High Dmg. This is working but it's a double edge Dmg. (If you get what I mean)
