When i enter an area my game freezes and does not let me do anything

It seems like your walking speed issue might be due to equipping shoes while the "GM Do Not Equip Shoes" option is enabled with the hack. To resolve this, you could let your character die from starvation or another cause, which should reset the character's stats.
