How do you freeze crowns? The option isn't working. Is there a combination of options that need to be on in order for it to work?

Thanks for you time and work, here is feedback:

- It is posible to write, where we can use crowns to rise or freeze? I try everithing and still decrease.

- 0 workers or no citizen cost - works orly if you have at least on free (then max one building more than usual)

- if you use 0 citizen, you have max 5 sec. to end operation without citizen, then apear network error.

- 0 cost to spred HP tactics not work, sme 0, but spend crowns.
