Found out the reason, Instafollow and this app use the same user database. If you got some followers queued in one of the apps, the other one won't send followers until the other one finishes.

Yes, all there apps use the same db so Followers Fast, InstaFollow, all the other apps from them can also cause that problem.

yeah, but I like this kind of apps more, because you can trust them. Apps that are called InstaLiker are unlimited with likes and that kind of thing but what people don't realize is that the app likes people pictures for you without your permission. That can cause blocking your Instagram account (don't saying it is going to happen, but the chance is big.)
