No, the recipe for the Drone Upgrade Workbench requires 8 Iron Rods and 10 Iron Sheets, which are Settlement/Transport Hub items. This means you cannot craft it unless you have them.

Aight thanks. Got another question though. I have an old account on a separate ‘clean’ version of LDOE. I want to play that on the modded LDOE. But I forgot my email used to save my progress. Obviously I cant ask support from K3f!r lol. Is there a way to know which email i used to save my progress?

I think you can disconnect the old account from the save-game, create a new account and connect the save again.

i think you misunderstoon my question or maybe i didnt said it clearly my bad lol. i have an older account but cant play it on modded ldoe because i forgot the email i used. any way to know which email i used?
