I did the troop summon freeze on, and my account is not ban and it been 5 days. Freeze only on the summoning shard, not sure about the gems. Also I tested freeze on buying energy for 6 days and no ban. When I use for the constructions to speed it up, I got ban in one day. Also if you freeze to buy resouces such as gold or upgrade coin will also get you ban in 1-2 days.

Ive been using freeze on speed up alot..summoned all legends with gems no ban at all..and im playing for almost 3-months now..maybe you did freeze on troop upgrde.
