I did the troop summon freeze on, and my account is not ban and it been 5 days. Freeze only on the summoning shard, not sure about the gems. Also I tested freeze on buying energy for 6 days and no ban. When I use for the constructions to speed it up, I got ban in one day. Also if you freeze to buy resouces such as gold or upgrade coin will also get you ban in 1-2 days.

No use it in upgrade troops , talent , skill , accessories , tower of fate , tower of faction only use for upgrade building , buy in shop , adventure and event daily * No use it in main events

you have to start all over again..install ‘apps manager’ then wipe data from top troops..just dont freeze and use x4  when upgrading troop’s level, skills, talents..also on dont freeze gold when upgrading buildings..but freezing gems to skip time is also safe..using x4 on collecting rewards may not work but it wont ban you.

    Works but i would say not every time x4 sometime just x2

     

    and i cant login with apple so i cant sync any idea?

    Yea 2x works for me but not freeze
