Did iOS 9 Kill Hacking?

Here is why I think iOS 9 killed hacking/made it extremely difficult:

 

- App store apps only download the arch for your device. That means most hackers will have to learn arm64.

 

- Because of the above, said hackers might not be able to hack for 32 bit devices.

 

- GDB/LLDB do not work with arm64 binaries, so that will make the hacking process way more time consuming. No watchpoints or breakpoints.

 

- ASLR can't be removed on arm64.

 

- For some reason apps crash when hacks are installed on iOS 9.

 

Was it this bad when iOS 8 was first released :sad:

If that happens we should just downgrade our iOS version :p

You know Apple. Always wants you on their latest and freatest OS. :p
