Help/Support [SOLVED] Stuck at tutorial with claiming rewards.

The tutorial asks me to claim the rewards from mailbox, but the hack dupes them so game doesn’t let me go any further.

I’ve also tried logging into another account to skip it but that way I’m stuck with infinite loading when entering a location.

Edit: Claim both of rewards to go through the quest.

I’ve just found the solution. You had to claim both of rewards for game to count it. But thanks anyways
