i want to upgrade my iuphone 5 to ios 9.0.2 jailbreak but when i start pangu it says ''already jailbroken'' is there a way to jailbreak to ios 9.0.2 without losing my hacks and stuff

Sounds like you never updated to ios 9.0.2, in order to do that I'd suggest making a backup. Sadly, you cannot transfer hacks. Only backups i.e. pictures, videos, music, etc..

Latest Pangu version may have fixed this issue according to their changelog.
