General iOS 17.4 EU Update & Possible Impacts on iOSGods

I was just wondering about how the new EU update may impact side loading on iPhones and how it may change iOSGods. Will there be no more 7 day restrictions on free dev accounts and 3 app I’d limits? Any thoughts?

There is nothing change, it not true freedom like sideloading with Sideloadly or Alstore

The new Apple change from EU is useless, since apps will still  get manually approve by Apple

I read that Apple would ask alternative stores to respect some specifications / guidelines : https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/download/alternate_eu_terms_addendum.pdf

Check 2.1 paragraph.

One of the rules is says :

You must provide Apple with a standby letter of credit from an A-rated (or equivalent by S&P, Fitch or Moody’s) financial institution in the amount of EUR 1,000,000 according to the instructions specified in the Apple Materials, and maintain that standby letter of credit as long as Your Alternative App Marketplace (EU) is in operation;

WTF ? 🤔 does it mean you need a bank account with 1 million € just to have the chance to open an alternative store for ios ?

Actually my main question is : will we be able soon to sideload app easily through IPA installers, without having to pay annualy an external service to emulate an Apple Dev account ? (service that helps to remove the number limitation of apps and the 7 days limitation)
