why i cant purchases in app for google play." your order war declined because high risk.try sgain 30 min. even my acc older than month.contract with google service they tell me have verify some document.but i send my bank card picture and drivelice but still fail .and they closed my acc.so e 1 have good way i can purchase in app fir googke pksy .p,ease help

Check if your Card is Valid (Name, Expiration Date Etc.), make sure to give them the proper information. It's also possible that you're account doesn't have sufficient funds.

If you're Andriod is rooted, I'm pretty sure there are ways to get Android Apps for free so you don't have to pay for them. Just search around with Google and your Brain. I'm sure you will find something useful!
