I uninstalled mobilesubstrate successfully. But the phone was still looping. I've already tried three different cables and two different outlets + all the usb ports on my mac.

Actually, you don't need a story, you already have one. You were logging out of Game Center and this happened.

 

Maybe the replacement is on iOS 8.4?
